Do I have the right as a unit owner to obtain the names and addresses of all other unit owners in my condominium?



Condominium associations keep a roster of the unit owners and that roster contains the name, address of the property owner, the unit number, usually the telephone number and often times an email address and any other unit owner has the right to obtain a copy of the roster of owners. But the email address is confidential unless the owner allows the association to send them notices by email. Then the email address is accessible to any other unit owner as well.
