Common elements are all the property of the condominium, except for the units. A limited common element is a specific type of common element where the use of that particular common element is reserved exclusively for a particular owner or owners. The best example would be a parking space that is assigned to a unit owner for that particular unit owner’s exclusive use. That would be a limited common element.
