What law requires a condominium association to hire a licensed property manager?

«RETURN TO VIDEO FAQS

Transcript

There is a statute in Florida that requires a manager of a residential condominium to be licensed, however, that does not apply if the condominium has less than 10 units or a budget of less than $100,000, but in other circumstances the residential property manager must have a license from the state of Florida.
